German Pellets related companies keep on falling – now Woodox Management
German Pellets daughter Woodox Management GmbH managed by German Pellets CEO Peter Leibold now also in bankruptcy. Their main business was to market the yearly 225 000 ton pellet produced by the three Woodox wood pellet plants Pelletsproduktion Sachsen Anhalt Süd (Osterfeld/Heidegrund), Pelletsproduktion Sachsen Anhalt Nord (Oranienburg) und der Pelletsproduktion Sachsen (Löbau). Those plants was however still owned by the founder Austrian Erneuerbare Energieträger Verwertungs- und Beteiligungs GmbH (EEVB), headquartered in Vienna a company closely related to German Pellets Austria GmbH. The three Woodox pellet-production plants applied already in March 30 2016 for insolvency.
Before that, in December 2015 Woodox management GmbH forwarded the agency for the pellet sale to the company MPV – Mitteldeutsche Pellet Vertrieb, a company owned by Kathrin Widener, born Leibold.
Woodox Management GmbH in Leipzig Germany did April 15 apply for insolvency in Amtsgericht Schwerin (Az.: 581 IN 169/16). Added information can be ordered from Bettina Schmudde at the White & Case Insolvent GbR. They administrate the German Pellets process.
In February did the German Pellet daughter FireStixx Holz Energie GmbH also apply for insolvency in Amtsgericht Landshut.
