Our wood gasifiers use the downdraft gasification method and a stationary fluidized bed to transform the fuel wood pellets into wood gas so it can be used in a specially adapted combined heat and power plant. By converting our existing vegetable oil CHPs to wood gas, and together with the new modern-day plants, we were and are able to create a powerful power and heat generation system.
We have been successful in the CHP sector since 2005 and have installed over 250 cogeneration plants in Germany, Italy, Slovenia and in Japan. We started by using vegetable oil as fuel and constantly continued to develop our products. Today we offer, our state-of-the-art wood-gas CHPs ECO 180 HG (pilot injection gas engine), ECO 165 HG (combustion engine) run on wood pellets and the natural gas plant ECO 210.[BÜ1]
In addition to our wood gasifiers and combined heat and power plants delivered ready-to-use and complete in concrete modules, we now also offer a system building to house an entire wood gasifier CHP module.
To ensure that your plants are always well supplied, you can purchase pellets or vegetable oil from us. We offer fair prices and punctual deliveries. Naturally, we also know what properties your fuel needs for your Burkhardt plant to operate at maximum efficiency. We hand this insider knowledge over to you in the form of high quality sources of energy!
