ÄFAB has since 1984 done independent tests of the most that can be fueled with bio-energy in our country. We are thus probably the operator who has the broadest experience about Swedish bioenergy market products. We are also a pure consultancy without own production or sales. The knowledge and experience over the years we have gathered, we now like to share with you.

ÄFAB lab has access to an appropriate instrumentation that meets BBR's requirements for OGC.

We can run full test cycles  for variable power and are capable to handle  all types of small-scale incinerators in power ranges up to about 100 kW.

The permanent exhibition is a place serving as a link between scientists, industry, consumers and governments. The showroom is adjacent to ÄFAB lab on Sockerbruksgatan 1 in Lidköping. The theme of the exhibition is,  domestic heating with emphasis on the heating with bioenergy. The exhibition is also open to other energy products and for companies with peripherals.

Äfab is organized  with a Swedish main office and a UK and USA branch.
