CPM Holdings Inc. (CPM), a world leading supplier of processing equipment and technology to the biofuels, animal feed, oilseed, food, and compounding industries announces the acquisition of Di Più Macchine Impianti based in Breganze, Italy. Founded in 1996, Di Più is a leading supplier of mechanical and hydraulic briquetting machinery and replacement parts. Di Più will be organized under CPM Europe B.V. and will play an integral role in its Global Biomass Group.
